Ingredients
Scale
Dough
- 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
Spinach Artichoke Filling
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
- Make Filling Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Then fold in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly incorporated.
- Prepare Dough Squares: Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a flat surface and cut it into 2-inch squares, ensuring even sizes for uniform baking.
- Fill and Shape Dough Balls: Spoon a generous amount of the spinach artichoke mixture onto each dough square. Fold and pinch the edges of the dough to enclose the filling completely, forming small stuffed balls.
- Arrange in Bundt Pan: Carefully place each stuffed dough ball into the greased bundt pan, arranging them closely together to form a pull-apart bread.
- Bake: Bake the bundt pan in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the bread to cool slightly before inverting the bundt pan onto a serving plate. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, then pull apart and enjoy warm.
Notes
- Make sure the dough squares are well sealed to keep the filling inside during baking.
- You can substitute fresh spinach with frozen, but be sure to drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
- This bread pairs well with marinara sauce or additional sour cream for dipping.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling mixture.
